Wedding Weekend Destination Packages
We are delighted to share information about Ocean Lodge as your wedding destination. We offer to you complete service wedding planning our on-site Sales and Event Manager, Event Coordinator, Executive Chef, Butlers and service staff are here to assist with planning and executing all avenues of your event, from planning menus to coordinating with outside vendors. We work with you on the journey toward best wishes, fabulous memories and fond farewells!
To reserve the Ocean Lodge venues for your Wedding Weekend, it will be necessary for you to reserve at least six of our ocean view suites at the Ocean Lodge for a minimum two night stay. Of these six suites, perhaps the Penthouse Suite for the Bride and Groom, plus the additional 5 suites for your family and bridal party.
Our special Wedding Weekend rates vary depending upon date selection, number of guests, and events held at Ocean Lodge. Breakfast is included daily, prepared by our Executive Chef for all Ocean Lodge guests. As a luxury boutique hotel, we require that all overnight guests are age 14 and older.
*You may want to take advantage of the ultimate wedding destination and reserve the entire Ocean Lodge, all 15 suites, for the bridal party, family and friends and children of all ages are welcome, making the Ocean Lodge “exclusively yours”!
The rooftop Ocean Terrace & Lounge with their Atlantic Ocean backdrop and seagull’s view arereserved for you at a special venue rate for your Weekend. You may want to consider hosting your rehearsal dinner and ceremony on-site along with your wedding reception. This one-time rental fee covers all on site locations including the West Garden Courtyard, Pool Deck Terrace, and Living Rooms. With venues at Ocean Lodge amidst the outdoor ocean breeze, most reception entertainment concludes at 10:00PM. While Ocean Lodge guests utilize the Parking Bay, valet parking is required for all functions and events.
Our Ocean Lodge Staff will make the planning and execution of your wedding weekend plans worryfree so you can enjoy your friends and family! Our Event Manager and Coordinator will plan with you, your dreams and ideas, and assist with customizing the details and atmosphere for your events and most special of days. Menus will be created by our Executive Chef to suit your budget, hors d’oeuvre and meal requirements.
